• Authentication Data: When you sign in via Apple ID or Google OAuth, we receive your email address, name, and profile picture from the respective provider.
• Game & League Data: All game statistics, player information, league data, and game results that you voluntarily create and enter into the application.
• Device & Usage Information: Device identifiers, operating system type, app version, crash logs, performance metrics, and feature usage patterns for app diagnostics and improvement.
• Analytics Data: Anonymous events about how you interact with the app (page views, button clicks, feature usage).
• Error Tracking: Error logs, stack traces, and debugging information to help us fix bugs and improve stability.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the HomeStack service
• Authenticate and secure your account
• Personalize your user experience

4. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data. However, we use the following third-party services:

• Apple/Google OAuth: For secure authentication. Your OAuth provider's privacy policy applies.

• Cloudflare R2: For secure data storage and content delivery.

• Data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols
• Sensitive data (authentication tokens, passwords) are stored securely in device secure storage or encrypted databases

• No payment or financial data is stored by HomeStack

7. Data Retention

• Account data is retained as long as your account is active
• Game and league data can be deleted at any time by you
• Analytics data is retained for up to 12 months
• Error logs are automatically purged after 30 days

8. Children's Privacy

HomeStack is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete it immediately. 9. Analytics & Tracking

We use Mixpanel for anonymous analytics. This data:

• Does NOT include personal identifiable information
• Is used to understand feature usage and improve the app
• Can be opted out of by disabling analytics in app settings (if available)
• Is governed by Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework on iOS

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries. By using HomeStack, you consent to such transfers. We maintain data protection standards compliant with GDPR and other international regulations.
